A midsized night market, it is anchored by a temple and food court at it's center. Luzhou runs from east to west, from Zhongzheng road to Zhongyang road. From the main intersection, it runs from Zhongxiao road to the north, down to Zhongshan road to the south.
This market is a about a 50/50 mix between food and merchandise, serving the local community and unless one was in the area, I would not venture out here, unless one wanted to visit the temple, as I view Sanhe as a much more interesting night market and being three stops closer to the Taipei metro area.
Luzhou itself is geographically a peninsula, thus the market would have a limited customer base, as it is relatively "isolated."
My suggestion is if one was to visit Sanhe, then it only takes a little longer to visit both markets in one evening as both are connected by...

I wouldn’t recommend this market to people with young kids and people on wheel chairs, as the scooters are going really fast and they come out of nowhere. There are a lot of dodging scooters and waiting for cars to go past involved, which made it harder for us to fully enjoy this market.
