衣索匹亞的耶加雪夫，是這幾年蠻受歡迎的豆子產地，店家準備了一點點磨好的咖啡粉，讓客人可以聞一聞豆子的香氣。耶加雪夫豆子用淺培，一開始喝起來微酸，後帶點果香，頗為清爽。喝完咖啡，神清氣爽，不過以價位來說聖馬汀，走得是精品咖啡的路線，比一般大眾咖啡高了一些，還得需要多多吸引咖啡愛好者才能支撐這個價位。 主餐類有義大利麵、燉飯、披薩，披薩的部分我們第一次過來時有點過，還不錯吃。主餐除了普羅旺斯香煎牛肉義大利麵/燉飯外，其餘都是套餐價NT.480以上。
