Be sure to ask for the itemized bill!!!

Being here for a dozen times and always enjoyed the food. When you ask for bill they typically just tell you the total and I that's what I always paid.

Today is the first time I ask to check the bill after I paid because one item didn't arrive. Surprisingly there are 5 alcohol drinks on the bill which I didn't order. The waitress says she will check my table but she end up didn't. She got another waitress to come to handle the situation and eventually they refunded the difference. Neither of them apologize for the mistake which made me feel unrespected and wonder if this is truly the one and only mistake.

In any case, check your bill and you'll have a better dining...

I had an outstanding experience at Smile Izakaya and would highly recommend it. The food was not only fresh but incredibly tasty, leaving a lasting impression.

I would advise making a reservation as the place is popular; however, I was fortunate to secure a spot by walking in. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate us.

Everyone working there was pleasant, and their recommendations on food were spot-on. A special shout-out to the knowledgeable lady who assisted us; she was patient and helped me navigate the menu with ease.

If you appreciate great food paired with exceptional service, Smile Izakaya is a must-visit. Can't...

Nice Japanese restaurant. It doesn’t have many seats inside. It’s better make a reservation before coming.

All of food we ordered were tasty and good. The prices were reasonable. The restaurant does small games that customers can interact with staff, and win a big bucket of beer.

Good service but doesn’t charge for service fee.
