Thai Town Cuisine - Yonghe Store — Restaurant in New Taipei

The restaurant is a comfortable and spacious environment for a large party however the food is very much lacking. The portion of one dish is only enough to feed a five year old. It is pathetically small for the price you pay... The green curry was so small there was maybe total of 10 small thinly sliced pieces of meat in a small little plate and a stingy amount of sauce. The pad Thai had more veggies than noodles and doesn't even taste or look like Pad Thai. It lacks flavor and colour. All I taste is salt. Enough said will...

I've been here several times, in general all goes well every time. But last time I order for take away a fried fish I usually order for dine in, but they rejected to take my order cuz they said the chef don't want to prepare it for take out....

外送日期2021/06/12 真是一肚子氣🔥怎麼會有這麼烏龍的事🤔第一次遇到，下午使用wa10瓦城線上訂餐，因為離我家最近的安和店的自取時間最快也要19：3020：00，因為外送可以選比較早的時間17：3018：00，想說現在單筆滿千有85折優惠🉐訂的時候有想說運費怎麼170元，送餐距離明明沒那麼遠，訂單成立後才發現接單門市竟然是新北永和店，送餐地點是大安區怎麼系統會選永和❓我還以為是我按錯什麼？4點多還打去永和店確認，沒想到是真的❗店員說大安區跟信義區的單系統也都會跳到他們店，這點會再向公司反應，我想說都訂好了，就等吧！Lalamove有事先傳簡訊連結看司機目前到哪了？想說司機快到了，6點半下樓等，突然6：45左右就被Lalamove取消訂單，看不到司機的動態了🛵打Lalamove客服也無人接聽，然後我狂打永和店的電話不是不通就是鈴聲無止盡的響沒人接，打了10幾通才終於有人接，店員說他要打電話問司機再回電給我，然後得到的回答竟然是說Lalamove的司機說我取消訂單，所以他又把餐點送回永和店，天啊~真的有夠扯❗❗❗明明連結網路上沒有任何能取消訂單的按鍵，能取消訂單的人只有瓦城，店員7：40跟我說現在要重新幫我送過來，送回的餐點還是完好的，我當下理智線突然斷掉跟店員說現在送來是要吃宵夜嗎？心想餐點5點多就製作了，假設最快8點15分前送到，餐點至少經過將近3個小時，食物的新鮮度令人質疑，重點我還有點海鮮類，因為沒吃午餐所以我已經餓到頭昏眼花了，最後我直接請店家幫我取消訂單退刷💳原本對瓦城的印象一直很好，但這次經驗讓人不是很愉快，以後再也不會使用瓦...
