Excellent Japanese Restaurant in Pingtung. We came here for a family dinner and had a Private Room. The food came out quickly and each dish was pleasantly presented. The Sashimi tasted fresh and I especially enjoyed the Lobster Spring Rolls. Other dishes were also tasty and the portions were great value

每個包廂依不同大小都有基本消費的金額，這個可坐6人的是$4000 當晚5人吃了$1100的套餐（須加10%服務費）總共8道+1奶酪+1水果，如果有不吃生食或牛肉的都可以換成熟食或豬肉，算滿有彈性的 第一道生魚片切的很厚，大器而且新鮮，吃完油脂香氣口齒留香，馬上就讓人好感度提升不少 第二道鮑魚滿大顆的，而且是真鮑魚不是九孔，煮的很嫩且彈牙，不過調味是胡麻醬？覺得有點奇怪⋯⋯ 接著是壽喜燒，牛肉感覺至少是好市多prime等級的厚切牛小排或是更好的肉？總之吃起來很鮮美，也讓人滿意 炸天婦羅有顆超大的廣島牡蠣等級的炸蚵，建議附的類似莎莎醬的醬要連同切碎的料一起放在牡蠣上吃下去，這樣才夠味，不然只有用沾的其實沾不太起來會覺得醬沒什麼味道，蔬菜的炸粉有點太厚且不酥，覺得可惜 松露草蝦還ok 石斑魚西京燒魚肉很Q彈，至少還能讓我這個活石斑魚從小吃到大的人滿意 握壽司是做一口可吃稍微偏小的size ，醋飯微酸，覺得酸度做的很好，再吃了這麼多道菜以後還能一吃開胃😆，不過壽司捏的稍微略緊一些，但還是瑕不掩瑜的好吃，下次如果不吃套餐我可能會想單點幾貫握壽司來吃 覺得不知道為什麼他們酒精膏給很少，壽喜燒跟湯幾乎都還沒達到適合的溫度就燒完了，因為在包廂也沒有服務鈴可以叫服務生，一整個覺得麻煩…服務生也不積極，沒有太多熱情，容易讓人覺得態度不好 整體吃下來就覺得海鮮新鮮，但烹煮手法樸實沒什麼華麗的驚喜感，但這個價位覺得滿有誠意的，吃下來覺得滿意，做為招待朋友也不失為一個好選擇

Seafood salad contains only two pieces which could be considered as seafood ingredients. Salmon sashimi comes with ice. I don't think I ordered salmon ice cream or something like that. Saying that, I don't recommend sashimi here due to preparation issues. Overall recommendation: pricey due to food quality being ok or...

此消費2桌26000！食物基本上沒有問題！不錯吃！！重點是這個收費至少也要這樣的水準，但也沒有驚艷！

服務就要來說說了！服務我們包廂的一個年輕女生很親切。看起來像主管的也不錯！

基本上我們不是大爺態度，不管麻煩服務生拿什麼，我們都會說謝謝！但有一個頭髮長度快到肩膀，還綁著一支小馬尾的「大少爺」，這位少爺可能是上班有點痛苦，換盤子的時候，他是用丟的，雖然是輕輕丟，但盤子「丟」到桌上後，盤子會晃動！請他幫忙什麼都可以感受到他很不悅！我問他廁所在哪裡，他明明有聽到還是裝作沒聽到！

我說了3次「請問洗手間在哪？」他都不回頭一直走，最後我叫了一聲「哈囉」，他就轉頭直接說「在樓梯旁邊」！那就表示他前面都聽到了！只是不想回頭！

我們沒有要求這些服務生要多親切，我們對服務生都很有禮貌，對服務生開口都是「不好意思」「麻煩」「請」「謝謝」，今天怎麼反倒是我們去看你們的臉色！你們還收服務費！

Ps：絕對是一次店！！

2/1補充： 我今天才知道，當天結帳時被多收50塊的「芥末費」

我們的生魚片有附上芥末沒錯，後來不夠就跟他們多要，他們用一個醬油碟子裝一點來。吃飽要離開時，因為有打包到壽司，就想說不然把芥末也打包，可以沾壽司。

如果多要一點芥末要錢，你們不用事先說嗎？ 如果是因為我們打包才要錢，我就跟你說，我不是叫你從裡面特地打包ㄧ份給我，我是要把桌上我沒吃完的帶走！你憑什麼收我錢！

就感覺來說，花了26000，不能多要一小碟芥末，真是讓人太不悅了！給1...
