The best restaurant in Puli that serves a unique variety of local dishes. Each dish is meticulously prepared with superior ingredients. Personally, I abhor 滷肉飯 for the skin and oil greasy pork sauce. But Jindou's 滷肉醬 was perfectly moist with minimum fats. The rice, grown on contract just for Jindou, is out of the world delicious! The mushroom hotpot is a plethora of locally grown nutritious mushrooms. I could lick the pot dry! The spacious restaurant is ideal for groups of all sizes and functions. Definitely a must visit and return to place. Therebis a lovely outlet just outside the main entrance that carries a good variety of souvenirs and little buys. The best part of the outlet is rhe range of vacuumed frozen dishes from the menu. It's wonderful to be able to buy these and have a Jindou meal at...

Highly recommended if you come to Puli or Nantao. 😁 Btw, I heard that you can make a reservation for cooking class, learn how to cook authentic...
