［來訪日期」：2022/8/24 中午 「來訪人數」：5人 內用 「來訪分享」：位於南投縣埔里鎮中山路二段上。此次因為家庭旅遊跟行程上安排，加上媽咪吃素所以選定不同於一般的越式素食小吃來品嚐看看～ 停車🅿️：路邊都是白線都可以暫停一下不影響其它店家出入就好‼️ — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — 以下是這次的餐點： 1.越香春捲臭豆腐 👍👍 這道算是蠻喜歡的，也是必點餐之一‼️ 雖然外層是以油炸的方式，但內層軟嫩的豆腐搭配醬料吃起來的口感還蠻清爽順口。 2.蕃茄米粉湯 😁 用料實在，份量也相當誠意。湯頭還不錯 3. 法國麵包捲 👌 網路上來訪的客人都提到來此必點餐點！ 實際品嚐後覺得還不錯（內餡味道稍微淡了一點），但份量蠻多的建議分食多塊一點，才不至於過膩😁 4.木瓜絲 😗 味道上稍微不夠重（個人比較重口味😎），口感表現上還可以，份量也給的很多👍 5.紅辣炒河粉 😋 個人也蠻喜歡這道，雖然很平常但辣度夠很好入肚😏 整體來說沒有雷菜，用料紮實味道也不錯。 蠻值得推薦的一家素食小吃店😁 ［環境評比」：店內不算很大，桌面清潔蠻乾淨的👌 「服務品質」：老闆/老闆娘都很親切有禮 「續訪意願」：中上 「其它事項」：‼️因為部分餐點（麵食除外）製作都蠻耗時，現點現做事需要時間要耐心等待哦⚠️ 「CP值」：中上

埔里素食眾多，越南素食選擇也不少，可說是這家是第一次探訪。 今天大雨我喜歡下雨的埔里尤其是日月潭，比晴天美山嵐氤氳台21阿薩姆紅茶飄香。 老闆服務很好！點了幾分小餐，手工點心方面不錯。吃了一個辣味炒河粉，口味普通，油膩。 吃炸春捲，油重，皮偏硬，功力火候一般。 炸春捲皮也很硬但是口味調味還可以偏甜口味。 炸海苔捲火候跟口感是裡面最剛好的，調味很特殊，這個推。炸糯米捲的皮可能是怕破，很厚，油炸過乾，面皮應該二炸的緣故，所以非常的韌口，牙口不好的老人家可能不大可以承受這個拉力。 此家素食餐廳環境非常乾淨👍🏻 另，此家定價並非一般日常市井小民可以天天日常食用的價位，價格稍高，定位應該在餐廳之譜，但功力無法與價格比肩，這略為遺憾，下次再來吃別的看看是否為自己偏差的味蕾導致過份嚴格的評語。 由佈置來看，此家餐廳非常用心。桌上花有幾盆插的還不錯，老闆是有心之人，應給予多一點鼓勵。

The other vegetarian Vietnamese place in town makes a better Banh Mi with fresher-tasting bread. The other place is also cheaper. Still, it's a semi decent sandwich that's pretty filling...
