菠菜高達乳酪脆壓吐司用新鮮菠菜和高達乳酪，經過脆壓處理後，外皮酥脆，內裡的乳酪融化得恰到好處，讓人一口咬下去，感受到濃郁的乳酪風味和清新的菠菜口感，十分令人滿足。

松露鄉村雞脆壓吐司松露的獨特香氣與嫩滑的鄉村雞肉結合，這道脆壓吐司呈現出層次分明的味道。雞肉的鮮嫩與松露的濃郁相互輝映，吐司外脆內嫩，給人一種愉悅的味覺享受，是我這次用餐最喜歡的一道。

蛋沙拉酪梨脆壓吐司將滑順的蛋沙拉與酪梨的奶香融合，口感豐富且層次分明。酪梨的綿密與蛋沙拉的醇厚相得益彰，吐司的脆感更添了整體的口感對比，非常適合作為早午餐或輕食。

Caffè Ruelle (Yusheng) Alley Café is located in a quiet alley in Tianmu, Taipei. The ambiance here is both cozy and relaxed, making it an ideal place to enjoy refined coffee and dishes.

Fantastic Australian / European style coffee shop in Taipei. I have enjoyed foods and coffee here for few years. They renovated and reopened recently. Boss and staffs are very kind.

Here, you can have great pour over coffee made from selected beans, espresso and all kinds of coffee items made from LAVAZZA beans. They also provide various brands of classic English tea such as Taylors Yorkshire and Wittard.

They have very good croissants. I personally recommend almond flavor one, chicken with truffle Caesar, and smoked salmon with tartar sauce. Pizza, panini, salad, and big breakfast....

This cafe has a lovely vibe to it. Warm and gentle and cosy in winter with a lovely, simple outdoor area for warmer days. The beef and mozzarella sandwich I had was delicious although the sauce was a little on the sweeter side. The medium roast latte I had was delicious and the sandwich came with a complimentary yoghurt and muesli taster which was scrumptious.
