Restaurant were booked at 0900hrs in the building …. Naturally, car will go into car park. But upon arrival at 0850hrs, was told cars can only allow to go in at 0900hrs …. My question is what is the logic…. that’s one. Secondly, when we arrived on the 2nd floor, the moment we step out from the lift a very fierce ( I think, a female ) Security was so unfriendly looking at anyone that come out from the lift ….. gosh! What is wrong with this company ….

Don’t you think that even your security staff need to be more friendly instead of acting like that ….

This is a conveniently located Sogo in the Tianmu area. Not much to say about it since it is a Sogo - but if that is what you are looking for you surely won't be disappointed. This one has some great stores and it located next to a couple of good places to eat and areas to walk around and shop. Not as big as the ones in city-center but also not so small. The ambience of this branch of SOGO is quite similar to that of its counterparts in downtown Taipei City. However, I'd noticed it to be relatively less crowded in comparison; which makes shopping here more relaxed and unhurried. A couple of good restaurants located within; the Harbour restaurant, in particular, being one of the more popular options...

I like the SOGO's ambience and its stores verity! After a quick shopping we went to have some food at its food court and I happened to order some Tai food! Please look away from the Tai restaurant at SOGO's food court as the food is atrocious and salty! Try something else elsewhere!
