The drinks from Starbucks are all freshly made, although sometimes the price can be pretty high for a drink, but Starbucks drinks and snacks are all really tasty, also it's all around the city and has a lot of drinks that you can choose. Starbucks isn’t just a drink shop, it is a place where you can go relax and drink coffee, the people there are all really nice and it is all around the city. Starbucks has all different types of drinks, such as pure matcha cream Frappuccino, Black tea latte and other different kinds of drinks. Starbucks doesn't just sell drinks; they also sell snacks and can bottles of drinks. Even though some of the drink prices can get a little high sometimes, the ingredients inside of the drink and the snacks are all very fresh and clean, the drinks are very tasty and refreshing. Starbucks is the love of my life, the drinks are really good, and it just keeps you awake, if you are feeling sleepy you can always stop...

I was appalled by the service I received here today. As a former partner, I get it. It gets crazy busy and it can feel overwhelming especially when you’re understaffed. However, that in no way, shape, or form gives you the right to be RUDE and to ignore customers’ requests.

Firstly, with my order: The girl behind the cash register never asked me for the size I wanted, just charged me immediately for a venti. (I never drink venti.) Secondly, I asked for a cold drink with very little ice. She nodded as if she understood me and when I received my drink, it was full of ice.

Secondly, the girl making my drink: I was waiting for my drink to be made when I realized that two customers that came way after me received their drinks before I got mine. When I finally said, “excuse me, I ordered a green tea latte,” the barista snapped at me that it was coming next. Excuse me. Sorry for asking.

I have never felt like such an unvalued guest in any Starbucks. And I KNOW this is NOT part of the Starbucks mission. Shame on...
