金紅小吃店（專賣扁食、麵食） — Restaurant in Shuili Township

We were looking for a place to eat on our way to the Songlong Rock Waterfall and found this little restaurant. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A lot of people ate there and the food was really good. The dumplings were freshly made and the noodles were selfmade too I think. ◎隱身在巷子裡的店家，若非依照地圖找，還真的找不到。店內空間不大，對面掛著中藥行招牌的，也是店家的內用座位。

◎店家冰箱上張貼水餃需煮10~15分鐘，若無法等代的客人不要點水餃，當天進入店內時大約11點半，點了1碗飯、3碗麵、2碗湯、10顆水餃，想說等待水餃的時間，可以先吃麵食及湯品，結果水餃不到5分鐘就上桌了，湯也很快就來，水餃跟湯都快吃完了，滷肉飯才來，結果剛要吃，就有服務人員來詢問飯上了嗎?告知麵還沒到後，只說在等一下，麵是現煮的需要時間。

◎一直等到麵、飯、湯都吃完了，3碗麵一直都沒上，就算是現煮的，時間也太久了，好不容易第一碗上桌了，結果都快吃完了，遲遲沒看到第二碗...已經不耐煩到跟店家告知剩下兩碗不要上了，又是回覆一句，麵已經在煮了，再等一下，結果想當然，第二碗又都是快吃完的情況下，第三碗才上桌。

◎剛進店內時，隔壁桌大約6個客人，我在劃單時，有注意到該桌的空碗很多，人都已經吃完在聊天了，才又陸續上了兩碗麵，本已為是後續加點，後來想想才知道是這樣的狀況。

◎店家的出餐順序非常有問題，人員協調溝通也是一個樣，會有不同人來詢問餐點上桌了沒，怎麼不會在菜單上面備注甚麼餐上了甚麼還沒上呢?似乎不是一兩天的事了，這種狀況要是不改善，就算...
