Disclosure: I’m Italian. The taste is authentic. But that’s not the best part. The owner speaks English, and Italian!

The best part is that the energy that the owner spreads around the place is the one you would find in Italy and it’s so difficult to find abroad even in restaurants owned by Italians.

The energy, the simplicity and the taste make this place a must go...

Best kept secret in Shalu. A wonderfully authentic and romantic Italian restaurant with an intimate, tucked away atmosphere. Home made ciabatta. Herbs from the back garden, family recipes from.arouns Italy. Good wines.

Been there many times. Keep this one secret and don't go ruining it by...

The restaurant had been opened for 5years and they have traveled to quite a few regions in Italy. Food style is more home-cooking and casual, nothing fancy but quite good! 簡潔結論， 食物本身四顆星🌟🌟🌟🌟 但是價格一顆星🌟 能感受到廚師用心的對待每道料理，但是考慮到價格，地點跟裝潢及服務，只能說去市區的話能有更多選擇！ 今日例湯-蔬菜濃湯 基底為南瓜濃湯，搭配其他蔬菜熬製而成，口感濃郁，味道香醇，在一般義式餐廳吃不太到的口味，總之很好喝，給過！ 飲品-卡布奇諾，不是一般餐廳唬弄你的那種沒水準咖啡☕️水準之上還喝的到咖啡豆的香味，給過！ 前菜-烤蔬菜，一片娃娃菜跟兩小片香菇，還有洋蔥跟一些四季豆，吃的出來是用奶油下去一起烤，味道不錯也吃的到蔬菜的甜味，有感覺到這蔬菜被認真對待的感覺，但就是分量少了點，可惜了！ 主菜-拿坡里番茄海鮮手工寬麵，滿令人失望的，本來期許580的價格可以更驚豔到我，但事實上就只是一般好吃吧，寬麵的口感不錯，醬汁收的恰到好處，醬汁量跟麵搭配的算是很剛好，但除此之外就沒什麼了，最靈魂的醬汁味道表現平平，沒什麼亮點，海鮮的部分只有一隻蝦，兩顆淡菜，些許透抽，吃起來並沒有什麼鮮甜的海鮮味，像是路邊義大利麵店冷凍海鮮的味道，再來就是份量依然很少，結果就是依然有感受到廚師對這道料理的認真，但希望能更特別一點。 主菜-肉腸牛肝菌巴薩米可醋手工燉飯，表現比海鮮麵好非常多，第一口進到嘴巴裡面會感受到濃郁的香氣，再來就是非常特別的巴薩米的口感，牛肝菌跟白松露粉的搭配恰到好處，但依然最驚豔的還是米粒的口感，推薦大家可以來試試看！420的價格滿值得給燉飯一個try的，不過有一個很大的缺點是，我個人覺得真的太鹹了，前面幾口都還沈浸在這道料理，但吃了幾口，慢慢習慣飯粒的口感後，就會開始發現真的鹹，尤其是吃到肉腸的時候，我平時算是重口味的人，還是覺得很鹹！
