Heiroku sushi is from Sentdai Japan, only open two stores in Taichung city all over Taiwan. Which makes those two sotres are insane visitors collectors in holidays, always packed in weekend. Heiroku sushi is so popular cause I think it's the best CP(cost /performance) kaidan shushi in Taiwan. CP is popular term in Taiwan, means you pay a certain amount (cost), but what you get is more than your expectation(performance), then it's high CP. Heiroku shushi is same delicious (my judgment on 2019-24)as it's rivals, Kura, Shushiron, but stands up with its better Tempura quality and Sendai specialty, beef tongue. The robot that escorts you to your table and can bring replacement napkins and wet towels on request is a nice touch. The chopsticks are hidden in a drawer at the end of the table and it wasn't readily apparent where they were, but a friendly employee helped us. 聽說是旋轉壽司的天花板,食材用料都很新鮮,而且價錢也跟其他家旋轉壽司一樣。因為人太多訂位訂到9月才有位子。
環境明亮又大,每個位置都有簾布,讓人很有隱私,走道很寬敞不擁擠,不像其他迴轉壽司店。還有不一樣的是,有飲料吧台,茶類、果 汁、咖啡都有,非常多選擇,而且是喝到飽。
❗用機器點會比較快,想要的餐點會等很久才可能會出現,我們坐離廚房最遠的那桌,所以很多東西都被拿光了。
🍣握壽司類40$:
鮭魚肚:鮭魚真的很大片,紋路清晰看得見。口感滑嫩且鮮甜,一口一口變不見。ㄚ韻😎😂可以吃得出與其他迴轉壽司的不同。
炙燒鮭魚系列:身為炙燒鮭魚的愛好者,一定要來吃一下。焦糖比較特別沒有吃過,但我感覺焦糖味不明顯,主要都還是被鮭魚給蓋過去。但炙燒鮭魚都嫩嫩的好下口😋
起司雞排:沒看過其他迴轉壽司有賣過,在外面等候的時候看了菜單,覺得一定要點來吃吃看。雞排蠻大塊的,不會到很酥脆,味道其實跟一般雞排店一樣😂但變成壽司真的很特別。
牛舌:本人挺喜歡牛舌的,很期待這個特殊的口味。只有一貫,一貫也只有一片牛舌。牛舌是很有嚼勁的,不是嫩嫩好入口的感覺。但我不喜歡有嚼勁的牛舌,所以還好😐但擺盤不錯。

大切生魚片:嫩!!!!真的很嫩,而且好長,吃得好過癮,這個必點無疑。

🌟(我最推的)鮭魚親子:鮭魚不是生的,但很嫩很軟,而且還有調味過,很喜歡那個味道。雖然說是鮭魚親子,但我覺得那個卵不是鮭魚卵,跟鱒魚卵吃起來一樣。因為太好吃好像點了四份有吧🤩
納豆:還行啦,但不喜歡納豆的一樣不會吃,我是覺得味道沒那麼重。
🍣捲類100$:
鮭魚捲:四份鮭魚花壽司,一樣有炙燒過,吃起來感覺跟鵝房宮差不多,但少了起司。
🍣捲類120$:
🌟(必點划算)炸蝦:總共6個,還附上蝦尾,每個都裹上滿滿的蝦卵,蝦子鮮甜美味,愛蝦的一定要來吃吃看。
🍣綜合壽司60$:
豆皮三味:沒錯就是豆皮壽司,但有三種不同的顏色欸!!!色素愛好者當然要吃😂但是口味還是不一樣哦~紅色吃不太出來,應該是紅麴。黃色就原味。綠色是抹茶,抹茶味非常濃,這個最好吃,不會苦。
🍜麵食(味噌拉麵)150$: 湯頭很濃,符合臺灣人口味不鹹,麵食我喜歡的細麵,配料有糖心蛋半顆、兩片肉片、蔥花和不知名的焦糖色配料,真的吃不出來是啥。還不錯。
🍥茶碗蒸(南瓜蟹肉)100$: 有干貝、蟹肉、鱒魚卵、蔥花。可以吃到南瓜味,吃起來也不鹹。
🍨冰品甜點90$: 聽說這裡的甜點也不容小覷👀但吃到最後其他人都飽了,就只點一個最想吃的了,那就是… 桂花紅豆白玉: 我愛桂花香,加上六顆軟糯的糯米團,上面淋上甜滋滋的紅豆,還有中間一球香草冰淇淋,嗯~~這是什麼美味組合( ˘ ³˘)❤️讓這一餐滿足的畫下句點。
