看到三點蟹售價1斤360,4斤1200的價格確實心動,當下水箱旁並無任何夾子,所以詢問挑選螃蟹工具為何?店員回復:有專人會來協助。過了幾秒鐘就有B店員來協助(此店員的回應是讓我打下這長篇評論的主因),水箱內的螃蟹看似沒有活力,怕購買到不新鮮的螃蟹,不新鮮的螃蟹煮熟後有一股阿摩尼亞的味道會無法入口,所以請店員協助撈出讓客人選購,撈出一些後發現大隻的斷螯,有雙螯的或中或小或是抱蛋,看完產品就知道為什麼價格可以讓我心動 既然我可以接受上述的狀況,且想買滿4斤並"告知"的狀況下,請店員撈出更多的螃蟹時,店員不應該是撈出螃蟹嗎?但店員回復:這裡沒有你要的嗎?我立即回覆:一次想要買滿4斤這些螃蟹不夠我選擇。給大家一個概念,1隻看起來正常的螃蟹大概在5兩左右,1斤是16兩。意思是要買4斤大約在12隻左右,假使他第一次大概只撈了12隻出來,請店員再撈出來,是否為正常服務。但店員回覆說 這些沒有你要的嗎?是否為不恰當(已經先告知想購買4斤),當店員撈出第二批出來的時候,開始在這些螃蟹中挑選需要的螃蟹時,店員告知:我們這邊沒有這樣親自挑的,都是客人用指的,然後店員拿到磅秤上的。 疑問1. 客人不怕被螃蟹夾到的風險,風險自負,親自挑選。請問有不妥嗎? 疑問2. 如果店家想賣便宜但不想讓客人挑選 是否在牌子上就不要寫(請確認購買大小及新鮮度後再購買),而是直接以 這藍多少 或是這組多少 恕不交換 之類的字眼讓消費者清楚知道。 當下被店員告知,我們賣這個價格,就是沒有親自挑選的方式時,就完全不想購買了 。店員重複無法親自挑選的話語,我重複我不想購買的意願後離開了店家。
