外觀看起來都還滿不錯 裡面的裝飾也滿漂亮 但是對於事情的處理態度 真的爛的可以👎 服務態度或許不錯 但是處理事情真的很爛 上菜速度也很慢 — — — 我來敘述一下我遇到發生的事 我們為了要慶祝父親節🎉 所以選擇來這裡用餐 都已經事先訂位囉 結果到了現場 我們也都坐好了 開始準備上菜 結果突然另一群人來說「他們的位置也在這裡」當然是雙方都滿頭問號？？？？ 負責處理的那個人 第一次跟我們確認我們的姓名&電話號碼 都對喔！很明確就是我們訂的 後來又過了5分鐘 處理的人走過來跟我們說 這裡是另一組客人的位置 要我們換位置 她的理由是 資料都對是沒錯 但是價錢不一樣 而且對方是一個月前訂的 講了一大堆很爛的理由啦 重點是態度爛的可以 就是那種好像完全不關她的事 都是我們這兩組客人的問題🤔 到底是怎麼樣啦 你們餐廳出問題 結果怪我們客人 還叫我們不要生氣？？ 態度爛成那樣 是要怎麼好聲好氣的講 換了之後 桌子變小就算了 位置也很擠 結果上菜速度慢到比塞在 雪山隧道 裡面還要慢 10幾分鐘上一道菜… 我們坐了45分鐘 才上3道菜😐 下次我們絕對不會再來這家餐廳了...
