The food was quite authentic. As a California resident spoiled with good northern Indian cuisine, Masala (Spice Guru) definitely does not disappoint.

My aunt and I tried the two person combo and added a two piece order of samosa, an order of pani puri, and a mango lassi.

The food was on point except for the heat level. I was slightly disappointed with the lassi since I could not taste cardamom, saffron, or any other herb or spice. Of course, this is a personal preference and I know some lassis are not heavy with herbs/spices.

The owner chatted with us a bit and seemed fluent in Mandarin and English. He was both attentive and friendly throughout our meal.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Spice Guru Indian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to ensure every guest has a great dining experience.

Now, onto the food—simply outstanding! I tried the chicken curry and beef curry, and both were bursting with rich, authentic flavors.
