Sweet, juicy and tender goose meat! Zero gaminess. Dipped with the garlic soy sauce, power! Goose oil noodle paired very well with all the dishes. Braised goose egg a tad salty, maybe great with white rice. Gizzards were heavenly! Crunchy and flavourful, yummy! Small shop, not many tables. Definitely a must eat! Somehow, Uber sent me to a wrong location… had to walk 6 mins...

之前看阿辰師的影片就一直很想吃看看，這陣子找到時間來台中吃。 小菜都很好吃，不論是簡單的花生(花生吃起來口齒留香)到鵝內臟類的小菜都感覺得出來滿用心。 當歸鵝骨湯上來有被尺寸嚇到，很大碗，鵝骨給的很大方，湯頭濃郁好喝，以１００元的價格我跟我先生覺得非常划算，如果寒流來真的會想點一碗來喝；另外還有點一碗當歸鵝腸，雖然跟鵝骨一樣都是當歸湯底，但以湯頭濃厚度來說鵝骨比較濃，鵝腸很新鮮沒什麼噁心的味道；主食點了鵝油飯跟滷肉飯，先生大讚米煮得很好，粒粒分明，但如果喜歡吃軟糯一點口感的可能會不習慣，因為我跟我先生都喜歡飽滿分明偏Ｑ的口感所以非常喜歡，鵝油味很香跟飯搭配很下飯；1/4的茶鵝也很好吃，胸的部分不會太柴剛剛好，整體吃起來很香，也不會太鹹，口味很舒服。 唯一覺得可以更好的是鵝油抄手，但這只是個人想法供店家參考看看，抄手上的辣椒粉跟下面鋪底的豆芽菜把鵝油味稀釋掉有點可惜，在想應該是豆芽菜比較會出水的原因，抄手跟豆芽菜整體的搭配有點各自為政；辣椒粉的味道太強烈也把整體的味道都搶走，如果單純就抄手＋鵝油＋辣椒油＋花椒佐一些蔥之類的是否整體會更好？畢竟店家是以鵝為主體如果能凸顯鵝油的香味應該會很不錯，以上個人淺見。 店家的服務態度非常友善客氣，讓人賓至如歸，食物＋服務如果住附近真的會想常來吃，口味整體吃下來讓人很舒服滿足（可惜我們是外縣市來的），有...
