I'm a huge fan of sushi, back in the States. However, my main experience have always been, mostly maki and hand rolls, not any kind of sashimi types.
Last weekend, my cousin took me out to this location. Their ordering style is done through the phone app, no physical menu, which is new to me, cause I'm from the Midwest.
Anyway, I let her order cause I had no idea what majority of the seafood were called, even in English. But as a Foodie, I know and understand the language of good food.
When the food started to arrive one by one, oh my gosh, the presentation. Like the ones you would see in nice hotels or at a wedding you had just crashed. Surprise.
Anyway, my cousin just kept telling me to eat up and I did. It was so good, I had no idea what I was eating except that most of the seafood were just so fresh, they literally fell apart and melted inside my mouth, without much chewing. And that clam soup, ohhhh, that broth. So good.
Total? 15 dishes ordered and it only cost us around $86 USD. You can't beat that kind of freshness in seafood with that kind of price, not back in the States. Also their service is super friendly and courteous when my cousin and I visited, last weekend. Oh and the wait time for each dish was also very short, considering it was a weekend.

Read more平日晚餐來訪,建議晚餐時段事先訂位。雖然這家是分店,但生意還是滿好的,大概八點多後才看到空桌(但不確定是不是保留的座位)。
這次點的是$800的無菜單料理。相較於其他日式料理店的無菜單料理,這裡有提供比較低價位的選擇。如果偶爾想吃無菜單又不想花很多錢可以來嘗試看看~此外,點餐時店家也會詢問是否能接受牛肉跟生魚片,滿貼心的。份量的話我自己平常食量大概是1.5碗飯,這次吃完覺得剛剛好,不會很撐,但也不會很空虛。
除了餐點美味外,想特別提出來的是這裡的店員服務超級好。態度親切外,收空盤的速度也很快。上菜會等前一道吃完才送。而且這次店家贈送壽星生魚片蛋糕跟第一次來店的兌換券都沒有特別檢查證件什麼的,讓人感覺很大方。雖然有酌收10%服務費,可是我覺得很合理!

1.刺身 新鮮,溫度及口感都很好。 2.南瓜豆腐佐鮑魚跟鮭魚卵 南瓜豆腐吃起來甜甜的,反而像奶酪,超級好吃。不過我個人覺得鮑魚味道有點重,不知道是品種還是店家有處理過還是怎樣,因為過去吃的鮑魚味道都滿鮮甜的。 3.松葉蟹蒸蛋 蟹膏配蒸蛋是第一次嘗試,融合地很好。裡面還有放不知道什麼肉(沒聽清楚QQ),吃起來脆脆的。 4.清蒸劍齒鰈魚 很新鮮。口味跟鹹度都處理地很好。 5.龍蝦馬鈴薯泥 這道反而是馬鈴薯泥吸引到我,調味很棒。 6.炙燒壽司 好吃,不會太熟。 7.生蠔蛤蜊味噌湯 味噌湯的部分沒特別驚艷,算中規中矩。 8.紫蘇梅奶酪 這兩種東西搭配還是第一次見過,合在一起竟然變成太妃糖的味道XD...
