This restaurant offers great food at reasonable prices. However, the waiting system and staff behavior are not customer-friendly. On several occasions, I've noticed that numbers are called very quickly—sometimes 10-15 numbers within just 5 minutes—causing me to miss my turn. The staff has never been helpful in such situations and simply asks me to take a new waiting number, which I find frustrating. It would be much better if they showed some consideration for...

我很誠實但我必須說我很誠實但我必須說
愛呷肉 牛魚雙響鍋 肉六片 魚大概有十片 以份量來說還行 牛肉是油脂偏多的肉 魚肉蠻大塊的很軟嫩 但是魚鱗沒有清除乾淨 雖然是點愛呷肉 但菜盤的份量也是很多唷 愛呷肉 嫩肩牛肉 份量約略20片 少少的油花瘦而不柴 還不錯唷 鍋底是石頭鍋 用蒜和洋蔥炒過 喝起來很清甜 目前提供兩種飲料 有黑豆水跟檸檬冬瓜 黑豆水有濃郁的黑豆味 如果怕豆子味的要考慮一下 檸檬冬瓜有濃郁的冬瓜味偏甜 喜歡喝酸的朋友可能就還好 醬料和飲料因為防疫的關係 都是用畫單的 如果還需要可以和服務人員說 我覺得少一顆星 是因為我吃到魚鱗......😅 還有這裡停車不太方便 最多就只有門口可以停~ 至於肉盤，菜盤什麼的 只能用新鮮來形容！！ 可以感受它當時還活著很快樂的感覺！ 對了，芋頭跟豆腐 真的是...超級綿密，非常正點！ 還有那個米血，竟然有米香欸！ 整體上可以推一個！👍 2021/10/05

王品新的服務得帶手套取自助吧真的蠻麻煩的，但是疫情期間我能理解，訂位的App實在是蠻麻煩的，因為不是住附近只能眼睜睜看著過號在重新取號碼牌，石頭鍋推薦加一些蒜頭青蔥然後把雞肉放在底部煮，快煮滾的時候加一盤蛤蜊，整個湯會變得很鮮美，今天吃起來滷肉飯+15元但只有一點點醬，白飯可能是吃到底部上面有鍋巴感，最近因為王品500活動的關係吃蠻多王品的店家，這家的服務品質相比起來沒有說很好，雪花牛的油花也是有點過油了，過濾到整個碗都是油，但這個價位也是蠻便宜的，說實話不能太過要求，從冬瓜檸檬變成沒吸管後對石二鍋的品質就覺得日漸下降，排風系統也是不大好，外套記得先放外面吃完一定會全身火鍋味，位子也是有些擠，桌上的空間蠻有限的，個人建議一下請大家吃完鍋提早關火，不然時間趕的時候服務人員收那個鍋真的不好受。
