Bravo Beer — Restaurant in Taichung

Extremely bad food. Inedible and bad. The service is extremely bad and nobody comes to serve water. I had to wait around 50 min when it was not even that busy to get the food. the food was so bad that after 2 bites i couldn’t eat the pasta. I paid my bill and left hungry. I even told the waitress about the food but I don’t think they care. One of the worst meals i had in taiwan.

[update] responding to the comments from the restaurant that “my taste is not as good as other customers”, i am really ‘not sorry’ to say that your food is the worst Italian food i have had in my life. And this was agreed by other folks who tasted that food. Instead of telling customers(who have had food all around the world) that their taste is bad, you should actually evaluate your cooking standards for the cuisine you are serving. And if you cannot cook good Italian food then don’t serve it. There is a “big difference” in cooking for humans and cooking for dogs. I don’t comment. Pathetic ownership of your own...

The worst dining experience I've ever had in Taiwan, after almost 4 years here. The food was good enough, but the speed at which it arrived was not only unnaceptable, it was comical. They said the only had one oven, and could therefore only cook 1 pizza at a time. We were a group of 9 people, and five of us ordered pizzas. The first pizza arrived after roughly 30 minutes, which was fine. The second pizza arrived 20 minutes later, the third pizza after another 20 minutes. So, almost an hour after the first person received food, five people still had no food.

We went to the restaurant (which is next to the train station) an hour and a half before our train, but we ended up having to leave with four people not eating a single thing. The staff didn't seem to think it was a problem, and that it was perfectly normal to wait more than an hour and a half for a few pizzas.

I have absolutely no idea how there aren't more bad reviews for this restaurant, their poor management ruined our...

Food is decent... but it takes a while to get served. Maybe they dont have enough cooks or food prep is slow... but I shouldnt have to wait 53 mins for the black pepper steak advertised for NT$820... (and it was a bit disappointing actually). The steak & truffle risotto was pretty good tho!

But overall, probably should have waited for my number at the hotpot place because I would have finished sooner rather than getting an empty table here and waiting an eternity for food (which supposedly was being prepped when we ordered it...)

So food overall is not bad and prices are decent... but you'll find yourself with lots of time to kill since you'll definitely be waiting a while before...
