This restaurant is a rare find in the grand Taichung area. I was very impressed with the quality of food, yet reasonable price, it offers. The chef first impressed us with several unique appetizers, including but not limited to a delicious truffle mini sandwich and my favorites salmon bite with an orange dipped in special dressing. The hot appetizer, a deep fried half raw organic egg over pork belly, was also very delicious. You can tell that many fine details in the decor are put into the making, such as an art gallery to support local artists, shell made utensils, or customized tea pot sets and etc. which make the dining experience distinctive and amazing! I recently dined here for my uncle’s birthday celebration and was thoroughly impressed. The appetizers were fantastic, especially the eel cigars, which were both beautiful and delicious. The Wellington steak was a standout as well.

The attention to detail in the decor really created a lovely atmosphere, making it a place I’d happily return to.

The restaurant also features a wonderful art collection, adding to the overall experience and making it feel like dining in a gallery. With a reasonably priced prix fixe menu and friendly service, this restaurant offers a cozy, welcoming vibe....
