餐點、飲品以及內裝感覺有比路易莎其他連鎖店水平略高些，唯一較差的是廁所，應該要跟店內其他裝潢一樣都翻新會比較好，畢竟也到過幾個縣市數十家路易莎消費過，環境真的很重要，飲品是看每個人口味很主觀感受，像卡啡那、星巴克以我而言特別難喝，喝過幾家店都沒一家好喝的，跟小7沒差多少，但贏過85C，多納茲最能接受，其次就是路易莎。路易莎各店也品質不同，手沖每種口味都喝過，挑最喜歡喝的比較就會有落差了。麵包則跟進貨商有關，餐點跟製作者有關，整體來說，路易莎的確勝過星巴克很多。加上環境、價格評比，多納滋第一，再來才是路易莎，但餐點的精緻多樣與氣氛環境要數咖啡那最好，多納滋的餐點跟咖啡那差不多，價格環境跟路易莎相當，輸咖...

到店內消費有位店員在櫃檯詢問要什麼 我：拿鐵中杯⋯還沒講完，馬上被那店員打斷 店員：請問內用外帶？ 我：內用 店員：請問喝什麼？ 我：…..再重講了一次，並講了支付方式

那店員馬上跟另外有位店員說交給他，然後跑去調飲料，但完全沒交接我說的支付方式

新店員：請問支付方式？ 我：⋯（在再講了一遍）

本來不想留評論，但喝了飲料發現超難喝。

第一位店員可以好好把客人的需求聽完並交接清楚嗎？點個飲料，重複好幾次需求

五點多進去買兩杯咖啡（Google寫六點閉店，店內也還有兩三組客人在消費） 店員明顯已經在收拾準備下班 我詢問是否可以點餐 櫃檯小姐表示可以 結果拿到兩杯咖啡時不疑有它轉身便走 回到家發現兩杯重量有明顯差異（我皆點小農拿鐵 大杯）撕開較輕那杯發現根本沒裝滿 目測少了五分之一的量 老實說心情真的很糟 下次可以明確表示說不接單沒關係...
