I had the pleasure of dining at one of Taichung's most famous hot pot restaurants, and I have to say, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the high-class environment and the warm welcome from the staff.

What really blew me away was the section of main ingredients that was buffet-style and all-you-can-eat. I was amazed by the variety and quality of the ingredients on offer, and I loved being able to pick and choose exactly what I wanted to eat. And the sweet buffet was the icing on the cake - the ice cream, teas, coffee, and frozen treats were simply divine.

But what really made this restaurant stand out to me was their willingness to adapt their menu for me, as I'm allergic to seafood. It's rare to find a hot pot restaurant that can accommodate dietary restrictions, but the employees here were incredibly polite and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure that I could enjoy the meal without any worries.

櫃檯服務小姐態度差勁惡劣。

訂位8/21 中午11點位置 10大2小-花了6275 吃了一肚子氣！！😡😡😡

11點抵達門口，但前面排了兩組客人，我姐姐先詢問服務人員是否附近有停車場，資深服務人員口氣很差的說「沒有」。

等到輪到我們的時候，是11:05分，口氣很差的說「築間沒有所謂的等候時間10分鐘，你們遲到了，可以把你們定位的三桌給別人」請問我們前面有人在排隊，我們不用排隊嗎？？

如果築間這麼要求客人要準時完美無誤，你們乾脆以後都跟客人說你們定位一律請提早10分鐘，我們時間到了，就是直接給別人，請務必跟每個客人強調這件事情，我們竹間就是高級？遲到就不要來吃。

喔～ 對了 最重要的是，我們「沒遲到」喔，只是在後面等前面的客人讓他們帶位完成喔！只是過了五分鐘， 服務人員就說要把位置給別人了呢！

吃過不少間築間，服務都很好，松竹店其他服務人員也都很好，除了台中松竹店的「櫃檯」小姐，指高氣昂，好像他才是老闆？ 拜託欸，來松竹店吃飯的朋友，一分一秒都不要遲到，不對，就算沒遲到，也都是會被櫃檯嗆爆喔😆

此外，補上8/24 我在中友海底撈的用餐經驗，相隔四天，完全可以看得出一間公司服務的用心差別在哪裡。

海底撈服務真的沒話說👍禮拜三定位11:30，接電話人員還一直貼心叮嚀不要趕，會等我們，請務必小心安全。

電話訂位時，有告知孕婦有一位。 結果到現場，已經準備好靠枕，然後服務人員馬上端來雞湯，整個很感動❤️

結帳的時候，還給了孕婦小禮物🥺 完全出乎我意料～

相比前幾天我在台中 築間 松竹店 被他們櫃檯小姐氣的半死，講話非常非常沒有禮貌而且不客氣，好像我出錢給他們當受氣包，差點在那邊心臟病發，今天真的覺得中友海底撈...

外觀很大，進門才發現裡面設計不是很寬廣，大都是4個人的座位為主。 鍋底要加錢最便宜15塊石頭火鍋， 我們一家人都吃390鍋，有櫻桃鴨、雞腿肉、梅花豬、羊肉。 這間店最大特色就是蔬菜自助吧，我喜歡吃菜對我來說很划算！ 只是夾菜的位置在角落，非常不方便， 夾子只有3ㄓ大家要排隊輪流用，動向不是很方便，可想而知假日肯定大塞車！ 蔬菜吧青菜都很新鮮補貨也很快，還有一些花枝漿 蝦餃 米血...
