The QR code ordering system allows for less interaction and time spent for ordering. To my surprise, upon bringing my order number to pay for my purchase, the staff told me that he has no time to deal with my order and that I should return later. I'd already ordered food and 2 drinks earlier in the day, and I just though that I'd add another item, a quiche. After a while he shouted my order number so that I could pay for it and claim it. Turns out that he'd already heated it up, or should I say burnt it. Yeah, it was a sad quiche, soggy and burnt at the same time. I still enjoy their Louisa special coffee, but this quiche and the rudeness are disappointing.
