Read more昨天12/10下午內用點完餐要用星巴克app付款,櫃台E*ly小姐說了一句等音樂響起再刷,我沒聽清楚就把手機靠過去,結果失敗,她態度不佳的說「等音樂響起再刷」,環境很吵,我還是沒聽到音樂就把手機靠上去,況且我也不知道是什麼音樂,結果還是失敗,第三次她還是很不悅的還只說「等音樂響起再刷」,過了一會我問她可以刷了嗎?她說「可以」,我把手機靠過去才付款成功,離開後忘了拿停車代幣回去跟她索取,她回說「你要離開了嗎?我們只限兩小時,要離開再來換」,我越想越覺得怪,前幾位結帳時都有問有需要代幣嗎?唯獨我沒被詢問,跟她要還不肯給,等她換班時我直接去櫃檯要,服務人員馬上二話不說就給我,故事還沒有結束,大約過了一個小時,我選了一包爆米花要去結帳,不知是怎麼的機緣又輪到E小姐結帳,她要我付款時還是老話一句「等音樂響起再刷」,很不巧的又沒刷成功,第二次她又不耐煩的說「等音樂響起再刷」這時我也怒了,回她說妳不能直接跟我說可以刷了就好嗎?她才轉換語氣說可以刷了,同時間我看隔壁的服務人員是把刷卡機拿起來刷客人的螢幕,這位服務人員真的跟我犯沖,以後可不可以直接跟我說...
