During a recent dinner with a colleague, we intended to order lamb ribs and a 24-ounce steak. Despite explicitly indicating our preference, we were mistakenly served a 48-ounce steak. As we are unfamiliar with the American measurement system, we were unable to identify the error until the bill arrived with the food.

When we brought this discrepancy to the attention of the staff, they responded in an indifferent manner, offering no apology. We believe that even if there was a misunderstanding, it is the establishment's responsibility to verify such details, especially when dealing with high-priced items.

感受是每況愈下。

第一次造訪時，一個人用餐吃不完一大籃薯條，有跟店家反應過量太多會浪費，店長說薯條是店的人氣附餐，如果怕浪費，下次可以在點餐時跟服務生說薯條減半。其餘都不錯，尤推玉米濃湯跟水果。沒看到外場工作人員，由店長包辦入座、點餐、結帳過程。

第二次造訪時，看的出外場是個新人，有老鳥在帶。有跟外場人員提出薯條要減半，但送來的是完整份量的薯條…有點無言。當天約2：00PM來用午餐，大約在2：45PM左右工作人員看沒新的客人就開始用餐，我要結帳時將近表定的3：00PM休息時間，店長看我走近櫃檯就連忙起身到櫃檯，深感他有在注意現場。

今天(2023/08/25)第三次造訪，今次也是將近2：00PM來用餐，再次說薯條要減半、點餐時的男服務生回說好，但女服務生依舊送上完整的份量，這就讓我不悅了，如果你當下說薯條的量是固定的，那我還沒意見，但第一次造訪時店長說的話、以及今次外場當下的回應都是薯條的量是可以減少，那為何實際送來的量沒變呢？到底是外場點餐、內場備餐還是外場送餐的問題？只讓我感覺被加收一成的服務費卻被敷衍，而且蕃茄醬要我自己跟外場要(之前是連同薯條一起送上的)。然後水果部份，西瓜只剩一片，我夾走的時候，用餐中的店長連忙走來表示會請廚房馬上補貨，雖然感受到用餐中的你有在注意現場、且內場補充的量也很足，但只要在營業時間中，事先補充食材比客人想吃時再追加會來的好。最後，那個穿淺藍色制服、衣服有扎進褲子內的男員工故意不開發票，如果想被檢舉逃漏稅你可以直接說啊，看其他人的評論及我問「沒發票嗎」時你那淡定的回應就知道你肯定不是第一次故意。還有，現場是真的熱，冷氣的溫度設定的相當愛地球。
