Pizza Rock Taiping 太平店 — Restaurant in Taichung

I order quite frequently from Pizza Rock given their great flavors and authentic taste. I am a foreigner living in Taiwan and I really love a nice Pizza. I don’t know if this will reach the owner or not but this branch is too lazy and unfriendly with their customers. For starters they never follow the basic instructions that I ask them like giving me more chili peppers or making the pizza a little more spicy etc . The staff is very xenophobic and they don’t treat the foreigners well which isn’t cool because if you are a foreigner you know how hard it is to find a decent pizza in Taiwan. My complaint isn’t against pizza rock, because I love your pizzas, seriously they are the best pizzas in Taiwan in my opinion but I really think the owner needs to invest some time in bettering the taste and services of the Taiping branch. I’m an American who gives this place’s chicken Caesar salad a full five stars. Beautiful presentation and fresh ingredients for $270NTD. Very tasty! On the other hand, my husbands BBQ pulled pizza was unsatisfyingly small for 219. They accommodated his request for minimal cheese and he said the meat was tasty.
