I was really looking forward to enjoying a little happiness at Starbucks on my day off, but the experience was disappointing. I ordered a venti hot latte but was given a grande, and my chicken panini was still cold in the middle. It had to be redone, which took extra time. On top of that, the staff’s attitude felt unfriendly.

A busy outlet which can get noisy when it’s pack. Patrons return their cutlery, cups & trays to designated area. Staff do not sanitized tables between use, which is quite worrying during COVID-19.
