有先打電話訂餐，到店取餐時店員告知已經把我的餐點賣掉，他說我太久了（並且強調了很多次是我太久、太晚去了）訂單只保留半小時，半小時之後就會賣給別人。我心生疑惑，開始懷疑自己，真的是我的問題嗎？結果打開通話紀錄明明才過18分鐘，怎麼店員無中生半小時呢？本來是想就這樣算了，但越想心裡越不舒服，明明是店家的問題為什麼怪到客人身上呢？承認自己的錯誤真的有這麼困難嗎？原本很常去買的，現在寧願跑遠一點買別家也不想再消費了，推卸責任讓人感覺很差。而且餐點品質越來越不好，炸的肉越...
