A very awesome experience in Tainan. As a foreigner, I managed to make a reservation before my trip. However, a few days later, I was reminded to place a reservation deposit to secure my booking. Although I could technically do it, the banking fees will be prohibitive so I called the restaurant and they assisted me and secured my reservation as it is. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their friendly staff and seated very promptly. They took the extra miles to explain almost everything on the menu to me. The food was cooked for us to the required doneness required by each diner. Awesome food selection, accurate doneness and friendly staff. Highly...

2024/03/02初訪 中西區燒肉新店店訪最後一家 吃完後短時間應該不會再找燒肉店了吧...（和牛燒肉都貴貴的） 這次吃的這間位於金城國中對面 是一月底新開 每次騎車經過時都覺得它的店面外觀非常好看 很日式的風格 但因為剛開幕 不是很好訂 所以隔了一個月才來吃

吃完後 整體用餐體驗不錯 餐點好吃 而且是走全代烤服務 適合像我這種懶人 店員的烤工還不錯 其餘服務也很好 沒什麼大問題 沒吃過的可以來試試

2024/03/02初訪 中西區燒肉新店店訪最後一家 吃完後短時間應該不會再找燒肉店了吧...（和牛燒肉都貴貴的） 這次吃的這間位於金城國中對面 是一月底新開 每次騎車經過時都覺得它的店面外觀非常好看 很日式的風格 但因為剛開幕 不是很好訂 所以隔了一個月才來吃 吃完後 整體用餐體驗不錯 餐點好吃 而且是走全代烤服務 適合像我這種懶人 店員的烤工還不錯 其餘服務也很好 沒什麼大問題 沒吃過的可以來試試 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<前面寫的是給很少或沒有吃過和牛燒肉的人做為參考的 接下來的部分是我個人對於此次用餐的一些(碎)想(碎)法(念) 首先 菜單部分 作為主角的和牛 可選擇的部位偏少 只有5種而已(扣掉大雜燴的角切後 只剩四種) 而且這幾種價格都蠻高的 雖然和牛本來就是高價食材 但它也有一些部位是價格相對實惠且味道沒有差很多的 接下來飲品部分 可供選項也不多 而且清一色都是氣泡飲 沒有茶類的選項 價格也不便宜 雖然說店家有提供免費的茶水可供取用(熱的) 但我還是比較喜歡喝冷飲來解膩 最後 今日的用餐看的出來人手有點不足 一開始還好 但到中途時有注意到食材上的速度變慢了 服務員離開時間也變長了 後面甚至因為離開太久導致櫛瓜烤焦了(店家後來有招待) 這些插曲是不會影響我對這家店的整體評價 但也讓我感覺到 現在的燒肉店真的蠻內捲 感覺A5和牛跟全代烤都已經快變成燒肉店的標配了 但想走代烤 勢必人力就必須滿足 尤其是全代烤 但偏偏餐飲業又是缺工的重災區 我吃過很多家燒肉店 有提供全代烤服務印象的只有大股 蚌肉舖 初雲 知肉 還有這邊 剩下大多是部分代烤 就拿去年我很喜歡吃的和牛賀來說 那時聽店員說後續會走全代烤的模式 但過了快一年 最近去看評論發現它們有修改內容 只有點到幾個價位的套餐才有提供代烤服務 雖然以消費者的角度會覺得店家服務縮水了 畢竟吃一餐真的不便宜 但想必這是它們權衡了服務及人力後所做的決定吧 只能說 現在有提供全代烤的店家 且吃且珍惜啊
