這一間店是朋友介紹的,朋友說有多麼的好吃,因此找個時間便來吃看看啦一吃完之後,驚為天人這一間店的臭豆腐說實話在台南我吃過的臭豆腐內應該是NO.1(每個人口味不同!上述是我個人認知)臭豆腐炸的很酥脆直接吃沒啥味道不好吃但是搭上獨門醬汁+有些甜的泡菜之後哇!超級美味!尤其是臭豆腐吸附獨門醬汁後會讓你一口接一口停不下來.來店裡一次買10份的也大有人在因此來買的人要注意一下人真的很多要有排隊的心理準備!且基本上很早就賣完了(18:00前),所以可以的話早點來買不要像我一樣,來晚了只能...

撲空了好多次 這次總算如願吃到了 要外帶的在攤位前排隊 要內用的直接入內就坐 豆腐有大中小三種份量可供選擇 闆娘的記憶力超級好 會逐一詢問你要什麼 通常平日5點左右就會賣完了 所以想吃的建議早一點去排隊 豆腐本身不算特別臭 但會帶有一股淡淡的中藥香氣 炸的時候會再剪成小塊小塊 所以外皮非常酥脆 吃的時候小心刮上顎 泡菜部份感覺有點可惜 感覺醃得也不夠久 吃起來略顯生硬 酸度也不夠 沒有很入味 雖然份量給得算蠻多的 但吃起來起來沒有特別清爽或是解膩
