下午一點多去買外帶, 用自動點餐機, 用Momo 電子票券要選不辣的炸雞, 一直跳「連線不到,請稍候再試,」 按了至少5-10分鐘,也沒辦法刪單, 沒辦法按下單結帳取餐, 顯然是機台當機了, 等客人都點完了, 請這位小姐協助幫忙看一下, 直接給我擺臭臉是怎麼回事? 來看完還是一樣沒解決請我到櫃台, 再用一次櫃台點單, 但有張票券明明未取餐完成卻跳已兌換, 問小姐怎麽辦處理好? 直接臭臉定格在那裡不說話是欠她錢嗎? 一臉就關我什麼事的樣子, 我知道是機器問題, 但我也擔心沒領到任何餐卻直接被跳已兌換損失200多塊, 難道不能問協助方案嗎?
擺臭臉不講話之後再直接走開請另一個男生同事來處理, 至少態度好一百倍, 也叫我直接請我跟momo聯繫就可以。
