順億鮪魚專賣店-裕信店 — Restaurant in Tainan

A quaint sushi joint that has their own shipping fleet to get the fish. Prices aren't over priced. You can get a lot of the good stuff and eat until you can't really move. But due to the freshness and popularity; if you don't have a reservation you're not going to get a table. That's just the thing behind it.

They have a 高雄 location as well as 台南. 高雄 is the main store being the first one there. So some things on the menu will not be available...

Such. Freshness. I am very impressed with the quality of the fish here. Honestly, I wanted to take my family to the PingDong fish market for the black tuna they are famous for, but due to the COVID situation, we chose not to travel. So I was hoping to find a good place that might have locally sourced black tuna available in Tainan as well and found this restaurant by chance. And really glad that I did.

一踏入店裡就有很重的魚味，味道大概是比較輕微的魚市場味，第一次來就安慰自己就當是東西很新鮮的意思吧！

店家每一天都有會員日優惠，恰逢今天禮拜天是上腹肉優惠，原價300元一份的上腹肉變成260，原本想點一份嚐鮮看看品質，結果店員點成兩份，付了錢拿到明細才發現。 好吧也沒關係，就試看看好了！結果過沒十分鐘店員就過來說上腹肉賣完了，看要換別的品項還是取消然後重新結帳。欸不是，才下午三點就沒了？好吧也算了就重新結帳吧

蒲燒鰻丁蓋飯中規中矩、加購的廣島牡蠣也還ok，但鮭魚親子丼有點難評，鮭魚就薄薄五片，吃到最後鮭魚丁有點腥味，還以為是自己味覺有問題，回家拉到天旋地轉才知道我的味覺很努力在阻止這一切但被我無視。

上餐速度和順序很謎，點了兩個丼飯蓋飯、兩組B餐(含茶碗蒸和味噌湯)、廣島牡蠣、兩個手捲，先上來蒲燒鰻丁蓋飯+茶碗蒸*2+廣島牡蠣，蓋飯都吃完了還等不到味噌湯。 看店員做餐的速度有點一言難盡，尤其是看著他在做我點的手捲，送上來時就跟我猜測的一樣

紫、菜、是、軟、的！

但我實在是不忍心苛責店員，其實他們服務態度是很好的，好吃是好吃料也算是豐富，不對，一支85塊的鮭魚卵手卷是應該用料要豐富，但那個有點難咬斷的紫菜讓我覺得有點想哭🥲

點了湯喝完後會有一鍋味噌湯可以免費續，也算是好喝的味噌湯...
