A SHA Mitsui Tainan Branch — Restaurant in Tainan

I was extremely disappointed by the servers of this famous restaurant located near the HSR Tainan Station. First, we ordered ten special Taiwan's beers for my friends from other country, and the restaurant had only 7 left. So, we ordered another 3 dry beers. Even with 7 beers on the table, no one touched them. Everyone was waiting for all guests with their drinks. But, the 3 more beers were not delivered until I went to the waiters again. The major problem here is that you may talk to the staff A for something, and in few minutes staff B will come to ask you the same thing AGAIN. It kept happening. It was not acceptable. I believe the manager of this restaurant needs to do something about the waiters and waitresses. Or, maybe he/she needs to do something about...

餐點美味，但整體服務待加強

慕名阿霞已久，這次下台南便特地前往停車方便的三井店一親芳澤，但總體來說失望大於滿意，算不上愉快的體驗。餐點口味本身問題不大，算得上美味，對得起收費水準。但是問題出在「外場服務」不佳。從餐廳的官網和整體裝潢可以窺見經營方有意轉型追求突破，但是很多服務上的細節不到位，十分可惜。從其他人的評論也能看出多數不滿意的評價多半出在服務上。希望下次若有機會再前往不會再碰上這些狀況。

問題一：營業時間標示不清。

不像總店寫得很清楚只作用餐時段，三井店在官網的營業時間寫著「1100 am - 0930...

地點很方便但是食物口味不若以前在本店時好，似乎很多道菜都是中央廚房煮好來店裡加熱，完全沒有本店的靈魂和那股氣。上菜上超快有種很趕的感覺，而且次序也很微妙，點了套餐但是拼盤沒有先來，熱菜先上。紅蟳米糕加價不值得，紅蟳蒸得過熟，雖然肉還有甜味但是卵的部分完全不行，米糕也不熱，就只是把兩樣東西放在一起而已。如果逛街剛好想吃可以來，但整棟還有很多餐廳可以參考。

I only recommend visiting this restaurant if you have no other chance to go to a place for traditional Taiwanese dishes. The location is nice and convenient, but other than that I don’t have much to say. This restaurant definitely doesn’t inherit the spirit from its original location.
