Cloud Hands Noodles — Restaurant in Tainan

Our best meals in Taiwan until now and for a really good price. The broth is rich, the noodles perfectly cooked. And the meat is very flavorful. The vegetables were also surprisingly good! There is no English menu, but the staff will kindly show you on the pictures the equivalent on the menu. It's the first time I try a restaurant like that, all the staff members seems to be hearing impaired, but in our case it was a great value as we can't communicate in Chinese neither. So it was a really interesting experience as we had to find kind of a middle land to communicate without words. They were really patient with us and shown us some meals hard to understand for us according the picture. I would love to go back, if only we had more time in Taiwan... Had a huge bowl of wonton noodles and it was delicious. There is a friendly atmosphere and the staff were very helpful even though we can't speak Chinese. It's fun seeing all the photos on the walls of the staff, and really cool seeing the staff use sign language with each other.
