Was good but not mind-blowing (which I hoped for because of the higher price). Portion size is on the small side but I was full from a single donburi 👍. 最近很想來碗厲害的生魚丼飯 在永康附近有好幾家在猶豫 最終選了這家 結果完全沒讓我失望

招牌洄游生魚丼 四色生魚都超新鮮 鮭魚軟嫩香味十足 鮪魚口感紮實溫柔完全不像迴轉壽司般 經過冷凍後的口感 其他兩種應該是旗魚跟鰤魚（？ 美味十足 干貝大顆又鮮甜 海膽配上魚子醬的頂級海味 大鮮蝦擠上一條蟹膏真的太讚 連蝦頭都好甜 直接開吸 玉子燒也是軟嫩的像豆腐 超好吃 帶點溫和的甜味 靈魂醋飯是酸口的 酸味剛好非常解膩 淋上醬油真的無法自拔 粒粒分明酸鹹開胃 這碗丼飯 吃得到師傅的好手藝與講究

松露茶碗蒸 滿滿的松露覆蓋在上面 底下的蒸蛋非常綿密 中和松露的味道清爽的剛剛好 一下就吃光了

味增湯中規中矩 裡頭有蘿蔔豆腐紫菜還有魚肉 唯一缺點是魚肉有點老 有點太硬 不過不失湯頭的濃郁 可續碗
