服務人員居然不會點餐,單項餐點就要客人重複2~3次,我點了6樣,光點餐就超過五分鐘,還一直重複對話,點到最後我都不知道我是店員還是對方才是店員?店長不幫忙就算了,看到我已經有點生氣了居然火上加油回說:「新進人員啦」要我體諒???嗨??那麼多人在排隊,全聯都知道要廣播請支援收銀了,你們的店長只會要客人體諒?
後來店員連付款用電子支付都不會用,後面還有很多人排隊,實在是不想繼續重複這個死亡迴圈,我只好選擇改用現金,用現金前我有問店長「使用現金付款跟linepay折扣一樣嗎?」店長完全不回我,我付完錢才想到linepay周五明明有回饋活動,實在太傻眼,你們的店員是npc嗎?還是那麼沒有debug就上線的款,除了自己想聽的內容其他一概無視個客人的詢問?
最厲害的是12點左右的用餐巔峰時間,貴司門市的店長竟然拋下「新進人員」自顧自地開始趴在桌上午休?我的天啊,後面的客人也要繼續死亡迴圈重複朗誦餐點,這是你們的新活動嗎?
最後我抱持著希望填了「路易莎顧客心聲」希望能督促改善該店的問題,結果過了一個禮拜都沒有回應,有點懷疑這家公司的客服部門還有沒有在運作,所以再填了一次表單想確認對方到底有沒有收到,結果對方表示「感謝您來函反應,我們已立即請該區主管通知門市業主,請問是否方便提供電話,讓我們能即時與您聯繫呢?」然後就沒有然後了。
老實說我覺得非常失望,當初我填「路易莎顧客心聲」的表單裡就已經有留下電子信箱,路易莎的表單也有標註「若有需要將會提供給相關窗口進行聯繫」,我明明留了e-mail(不然你們現在如何連絡我?)卻遲遲未收到回覆,推拖至此才說是因為沒有電話,很顯然你們公司對客戶的投訴沒有半點要處理的意思,也對於門市業主沒有任何的約束力,我看google評論上明明也有人指出成大勝利店的店員態度差,但看來對貴司...
