Nana Sen — Restaurant in Tainan

Great Japanese restaurant with fresh seafood and a big variety of dishes. Daily fresh and changing menu. Food gets prepared right infront of you. In total we have had something like 14 different sushi, sashimi, mussels, soup, deep fried veggies and grilled fish. In total there have been less then 20 seats directly at the bar table. The interior is nice, the ambient is comfortable and the way the food gets prepared and presented is interesting. The chef was a bit cold, but that does not mean that he was unfriendly, seams to be his way and suits very well to the restaurant. 100 percent recommendable and a good place to enjoy fresh food and some time with friends or family! Price is with approximately 70 euro not that cheap, but...

很用心的一間店 但是調味說不上出色 為了不造成店家的困擾，所以給五顆星 以下是真實的感受：

吃過一些握壽司店，都是抓在人均1000左右的入門等級做嘗試 一開始看到商業午餐，10貫只要580實在是很驚訝，所以才會有動身前往念頭

我對整間店的調味不是很滿意 醋飯的味道很重，重到雖然我吃了好幾種不同的魚料，卻幾乎感覺不出魚料的差別 跟我吃過的別間店感覺不太一樣，我在其他地方的用餐經驗是可以感受到每個魚料鮮明的個性，在這裡則沒什麼差的感覺，頂多口感不太一樣而已 在醋飯跟魚料中間放一些佐料是沒有問題，但是紫蘇、細蔥、柚子胡椒這些佐料的味道都很重，醋飯的味道也很重，就只有魚料本身沒味道，實在是吃的不知所以然...

另外壽司醋飯跟魚料的比例總覺得不太協調，整體上偏小，但這其實無所謂，主要的問題是，我總是已經咀嚼完米飯了卻還有魚料在口中 我不確定這是因為魚料的處理有問題，還是真的是比例的問題，因為會有這個現象，我的體感上有很大的部分是因為魚料本身口感不佳

暫時是不會考慮再去光顧，雖然商業午餐的價格很吸引人，CP值也算高，但是調味不合我的口味

最後提一下服務的部分，這樣類型的餐廳有服務是還滿少見的，但是服務的內容其實沒什麼意義的感覺 反而會覺得一直來倒茶有點擾人，畢竟位置也沒有寬到人都不需要移動一下就能輕易的被服務到 另外熱毛巾很貼心，但是就是放了就走，一句話也沒有說，有點困惑毛巾的用途

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Fresh seafood with skillful professional chefs. The octopus nigiri is outstanding. Definitely will have second time...
