While the food was better than other franchises, the service definitely lacked. We’ve never been to their restaurant before and a part from when we paid there was no “service”.
Walked in on a quiet early weekday evening. With no one in line, you’re supposed to grab a number and seat yourself according to the table number of the ticket stub. Once seated you’re to fend for yourself and figure out how to order food off the tablet or take it off the conveyor belt.
If you’re looking for the saucer to put your soy sauce and wasabi, well there wasn’t one. Looked around and had nothing. It was only available at the booths (where tables of 4 were seated). There is no button to press to request service from the staff. The only button you could press was when you were wanting to pay.
When you order from the tablet, you could only order four items at a time. So if you come with a big group be prepared to have to memorize what you’ve already ordered or write down a list first and order one at a time.

I actually went to this location a year ago but didn't write a review because I felt that the quality wasn't that great at the time. Kudos to the chef...

The fried options were really tasty, octopus ones were too chewy and not everyone's cup of tea.
First row of foods you're able to take, the second floor foods are individual orders that come directly to the table that ordered them. Wasabi rotates on the...
