The customer service is terrible. We went for a take out and instead of getting our food, packed and ready-to-go, we had to pack our own food. The food came on plates that were delivered via the Japanese-style conveyor belt and we had to get the food off the belt and put them inside to-go boxes. It's unbelievable how inefficient this whole process is. Take-outs are supposed to be fast but we spent over 30 minutes there. The waiters were of no help and didn't know any of the basics. Will never go...

Went there w/ friends during lunch time. Loved the foods and the way they sent it lol. Just a bit of a shame that the waiters didn’t came over to our table to clean the sushi...

2024/05更新（⭐️⭐️） 附圖說明 月中來吃時滿千送了一張鮭四味兌換券 上面明明寫了滿千就可以兌換 貴店主任堅持要點滿1150才能換！！ 我不想再跟他繼續爭論，打去台南另家分店 分店說不需要點1150，只需要點1000！ 我還是點超過1200，但感受很差

另外鮭四味炙燒的超級熟很難吃 雖然知道當下提出可以重做 但不想因此浪費食物就作罷

五月來府前店吃了三次 這次覺得很失望

——— 2024/01更新（⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️） 後來又吃了兩次 覺得有改善，多補上一顆星 但炙燒的部分希望可以用心點 點了比目魚鰭邊完全沒炙燒的感覺 ——— 以往來體驗都蠻好的 這次很想給一星，但服務生妹妹感覺是新人可是服務很好，所以勉強給了三顆星 被安排坐的位置離門很近，真的超級熱，反應給妹妹，後來有其他空位有來詢問我要不要換位置，很貼心🌟

至於為什麼想給一星， 第一：在店內看到我最害怕的蟑螂，還好是小隻的.. 第二：這次用餐的盤子拿取時都油油的，內場廚師可以注意點嗎？ 第三：炙燒的部分都很隨意，沒有原本該有的水準，擺盤也很隨性，拍照前我還自己置中 第四：吃過無數次點爭鮮，這次真的不太美味 第五：強烈建議不要點香草奶油炙燒牛，一貫50不知道在吃什麼...
