A beef speciality restaurant, which Is very much economical and tasty, quality and quantity jd never compromised for any thing, the oil that they use is also so good, I guess it's canola and vegetable oil mix, and the fat from the beef is shining like a rainbow 🌈on the beef.... We ordered 3 items The classical local beef rice, I have never tasted this before, because tainan is famous for the same kind of pork rice, small 🍚 with pork fat and minced pork on the top, but this is the first time I tried beef, just 25$ NTD, the sauce of the beef is so juicy and tempting 😋 to swallow
Beef soup : the beef is like the small pieces in hot Pot, really tender and chewy, which I like the most, the soup was filled with Chinese herbs 🌿which tasted something like a medicine, but there was a kick in my tongue, really Impressed by the chefs work. 130 $ NTD
Stir fried beef with scallions: is the regular stir fried, did not find anything different from the other restaurants - 150 $NTD

Parking is available for card, but it's anping and this place is always busy, enough tables are split up, all pandemic rules are followed, it's a moving crowd, so u get tables very fast, waiting time is like 10'-15 mins max for a couple or 3, but for groups it more Ratings

This is one of the shops that serves said beef. The beef was so fresh it felt like eating a dead carcass--it was definitely a bit game-y like lamb. Cows in Tainan seem to have higher iron content and this was evident by the way the light reflected off of it and also the deeper color.
Ordered a small beef soup (slices) and a beef brisket stir fry with some vegetable (Chinese kale?). Could taste the higher iron content but other than that there was nothing special to make this a delicacy.
Not my cup of tea, but maybe the shop was full so apparently demand for fresh beef cadavers...

Previously I took video of them cooking because I was just interest in the way they cook, as the kitchen was kind of surrounded by glasses.
