這是一家隱身在文德站附近小巷裡的麵包店，老闆是一位年輕的法國人，來台灣已經五年了，中文說得相當流利。原本我想買巧克力冰淇淋，但聽到老闆說提拉米蘇還有，就臨時改選了它。整體來說味道不錯，不過因為是從冷凍庫拿出來的，需要先退冰一段時間，否則就會像我一樣有點狼狽——塑膠湯匙直接被弄斷，最後只好跑去附近的全家向店員要了餐具。 麵包的香氣十分迷人，帶著小麥本身的風味，還夾雜著像葉子般的香料氣息，撲鼻而來。這是一家值得再次光顧、回購的麵包店。

看了臉書的推薦，特地去買了酸種麵包，第一次買酸種麵包，真的超好吃耶，趕在老闆7/11起要休兩周，今天7/10第二次去補了酸種麵包，杏仁可頌，檸檬磅蛋糕，提拉米蘇....產品都很好吃，特別是酸種麵包稍微烤一下抹鹹奶油超級好吃的，杏仁可頌冷吃也是很好吃，但是建議稍微烤一下.....就會酥了， cp值很高的麵包店，會讓我一直回購的店。

This chocolate babka is amazing. I finished a whole loaf of it in maybe less than 2 days. on my own. Very dangerous and addictive. It's a bit on the moist side, but not too much that it feels undercooked, chocolate is rich and very present. I also tried their croissants and found them to be very much on the buttery and moist end of the spectrum as well. For people who want to try out a not often encountered type of croissant this a good...

This baker takes care of creating the french taste with a lot of details (ingredients, recipes, preparation room temperature and humidity…).

The result is quite rare in Taïwan. It's good and really feels like french bakery.
