Absolutely delicious. We've been traveling around Taiwan for about 3 weeks now, and I believe this was the best meal I've had so far. I had the Hokkaido scallop risotto and my husband had the ecstasy pork rice. Both were delicious! They came with a few sides that were different for each of us and seemed to pair with our main meals. Great food if you wanna eat something a little nicer in Taitung. Risotto with truffle and seared scallop was excellent, and the pork rice was quite good as well. Loved the Red Oolong milk tea. Prices are fair for the quantity...

感受店家真心對待食材的誠意，是幸福的一餐。 1. 開胃醋飲：酸甜適中，順口。 2. 香煎櫻桃鴨胸套餐$370: 櫻桃鴨佐以重味黑胡椒調料，是相對少見的做法。（通常看到乾煎、橙汁、甜菜根醬居多） 外酥內軟，適當保留肉質的鮮，醬汁、洋蔥讓整體不過於乏味。旁邊的蔬菜種類多，調味清淡，搭配鴨油煸出香氣、黑胡椒，讓這道菜變得有趣。 3. 春川辣炒雞套餐 $300 這道菜微微辣、很下飯，平常沒在吃辣的可能會覺得太重，其餘或許是適中～無感。 調味醬料搭配起司卻一點也不膩口！配菜使用燉高麗菜，味道適中，但夏天就是天性沒這麼鮮甜；洋蔥軟而不爛、溫潤不嗆（平常朋友是不單吃洋蔥的，但今天直接撈起配飯吃！） 雞肉嫩，咬到雞軟骨也很開心，很注意才會吃到一點點肉的腥味，但不影響這道菜的可口。 4. 套餐附上 （1）湯品：柴魚味噌湯誠意滿滿，柴魚味濃厚應是拿柴魚熬煮，有豆腐洋蔥海帶，鮮甜回甘，難以忘懷。 （2）小菜：胡麻龍鬚菜很不錯。真的要挑剔就是其他凱撒沙拉、黑胡椒南瓜、醃蘿蔔都偏重，會建議有清爽的口感來平衡，例如：沙拉換成油醋或是果醋醬。 （3）水果：當季火龍果、鳳梨，外加芭樂，小巧清脆，是個很好的結尾。 總論：是一家值得來訪的店，態度謙遜、環境舒適、餐點用心，價格合理。 謝謝款待！（合掌） （2022/07）

真心推薦北海道干貝佐鮭魚卵丼飯，那口感與味蕾刺激，讓人一試成主顧。 香Q白飯上鋪有足足五大顆北海道干貝，干貝之新鮮不用過度調味，只須表面裹上些許粉，再過火油煎，這步驟的時間掌控很重要，最佳狀態即為兩面焦香金黃、裡面呈現透明狀態，就是界於半熟又不會太生的極致，最後灑上一些香料提出鮮味，一口塞進一顆，干貝之甜味充斥口腔，實在是奢侈的享受。 配角鮭魚卵也不容小覷，鮭魚卵之天然鹹味，配上白飯一起入口，顆顆咬下嗶嗶啵啵、蹦出橙紅汁液，同時鮮味一觸即發，只覺嘴裡滿滿海味。不得不提的是，白飯之蒸煮功夫一流，單吃其實就已經很好吃；味噌湯加入高麗菜與鴻禧菇、杏鮑菇等菇類供食用，蔬菜湯底喝起來清爽不鹹，而且多了一份清甜。 小菜重調味，一口一小碟菜吃得出主廚的別有用心：生菜佐料為特製美乃滋，過貓搭配胡麻醬，而南瓜切塊蒸煮至熟成，淋上橄欖油、再灑上些許義式香料，三道小菜組合就是一個中西合璧的概念。還有蘋果開胃醋飲散發著剛剛好的酸、剛剛好的甜，飲著順口。最後是飯後水果，顏色繽紛、擺盤賞心悅目，新鮮自不在話下。配合店內活動，有機會拿到馬卡龍一顆，那滋味甜而不膩。 整體用餐感覺特別好，不僅環境清淨、典雅，服務人員親切且老闆本人也很熱情，值得再訪。
