A warm and clean bread shop with a friendly staff. We ordered one roll of banana chocolate bread to split to 4 portions and surprisingly that each had its own packaging with a bow. Both tastes ans smells of the bread are really good. Next time would like to try...

前陣子去東部旅遊，回程在台東市短暫停留時，意外發現了這家麵包店。店內麵包種類不多，但拿在手裡是沈甸甸、紮實有份量的。根據自己以往選購麵包的經驗，就知道這家是走真材實料，但價格絕對不會太親切的路線。

買了一條香蕉巧克力蛋糕回家品嚐，口感厚實，完全可以吃到香蕉最原始的清甜香氣，巧克力也點綴得恰到好處，完全不會過甜，整體感覺非常驚艷，而且念念不忘。可惜宅配免運門檻較高，想吃只能等之後回訪台東時了。

我只能說，價格決定品質，品質也決定了價格，每一家店都有自己想實踐的經營理念和市場定位。走進店裡，發現與自身期待不符，離開便是，部分單憑選擇多寡與價格高低來定義店家...

從都蘭部落總店開始，一直到市區設立分店，每訪台東必買的麵包，務必預訂。 肉桂葡萄麵包： 歐式卻不乾硬、有彈性的麵團，充滿肉桂糖與葡萄乾的天然香甜氣息。 南瓜核桃蛋糕： 屬磅蛋糕體，卻一點也不油膩，揉合了香蕉與些許天然香辛料，口感既紮實又柔軟，切片回烤五分鐘更香更好吃。 肉桂蘋果重乳酪： 乳酪蛋糕體非常非常紮實，絲毫沒有氣泡，肉桂蘋果醬又香又滑順，帶著些許水果酸，應該是我這輩子吃過最有誠意的重乳酪蛋糕之一。
