來到這裡,一定要嚐嚐招牌「蚵仔麵」! 新鮮肥美的生蠔搭配店裡特製的濃鬱湯頭。 每一口都令人驚艷。 麵條柔軟滑爽,吸收著湯汁,鮮美的味道令人難以抗拒。 份量也相當足,絕對能滿足你的味蕾。 我通常會加點黑醋和蒜醬,這樣蚵仔麵會更美味。

First of all, I would like to remind everyone that the store is located at busy intersection traffic and parking spaces are limited. It is recommended to ride or walk there. Although there is often a long queue in the store and storefront is not big, the store operates quickly and you don't have to wait long to be seated.
When you come here, you must try the signature "Oyster Noodles"! The fresh and plump oysters are paired with the store's special rich soup. Every bite is amazing. The noodles are soft and smooth, soaking up the soup, and the delicious flavor is irresistible. The portion size is also quite sufficient and will definitely satisfy your taste buds. I usually will like to add some black vinegar and garlic sauce which make the oyster noodle tastier.

難得在趕火車前有一些空檔時間,心裡盤算著,在市區吃個東西再去火車站好了。 老實說,窩在車站中或是坐在車廂內,即使吃著多麼多麼美味的知名便當,總覺得還是少了些 “從容的愜意”。
但是…… 人算不如天算…… 市區很多店家,大多是 1700 才開始營業 …… 天啊…… 1745的火車……
唉!算算時間,只能來二刷這一家有名的麵線店 “ 客. 來. 吃. 樂.” !
如果稱這家店的主廚為 “調味大師” ,我總覺得不太貼切。 如果,在香水領域,我覺得他是 “調香師”。 如果,在音樂領域,我覺得他是 “編曲家”。
我覺得,這位主廚,很懂食材,更是懂得 “在地食材”。 重點是,他能夠把這些元素恰如其份的放在一起。 真的是太強了。
去年吃的時候,就覺得印象深刻。 今年二刷,麵線依舊亮眼、綠豆蒜刨冰更是讓我驚艷,漫畫情節瞬間湧出,差一點就要不自覺的拍手了,哈哈哈!
說說食物吧! 整碗麵線的處理,相當細膩, 一眼望去,就可以看出來,每個食材都是個別、用心處理過的,短短的清爽大腸、微微的縮水蚵仔,哈哈,如果說老闆有潔癖,應該是剛好而已。 XD 湯頭濃濃的柴魚味,配上紅蘿蔔絲,加上順口的麵線,就這樣被老闆完美的放進一個碗裏。 整個味道,怎麼形容呢…… 應該是 “海的味道” 吧!就像台東的海一樣,純淨、清爽、舒服。然後,這個海中帶著一絲對大地的念想。從那甜爽的紅蘿蔔,便能感受一番。 最後,店家特製的 蒜泥、辣椒。 那個辣椒真是一絕,清爽不霸道就算了、卻依然尾韻十足。 這就是一碗有山、有海、有情緒的麵線。一碗清清爽爽的山珍海味。
去年吃的 “綠豆蒜” 是熱的。 濃濃的桂圓,甜而不膩,花生粉更是一絕,事隔多時,也就不鉅細靡遺的誇讚了。 印象中,就是,好吃、印象深刻。
今年天熱,老闆問的時候,很直覺就回答 “冰的”,哈哈哈! 這一碗 “冰”,上的有點慢,剛好在我吃完麵線之後…… 咦~難道說…… 是故意的? 如果是故意的,那這個上菜的細節,就很讓人稱讚了。tbc……
我很少吃刨冰的,因為我很笨,不懂得怎麼吃…… 但是,這一碗刨冰,讓我完全沒有這個困擾。 粉粿、薏仁、紫米,就跟麵線的食材一樣,每一樣都處理的很好。 重點在於 “綠豆蒜”,看上去,就是熱的綠豆蒜淋在冰上的痕跡。 又是讓人不自覺拍手的畫面。味道、甜度、口感都很搭。 將冰山一湯匙、一湯匙的挖呀挖的,怎麼說呢! 每一口都好吃。 這一碗冰沒有那麼浮誇的山啊、海的。 但是這一碗冰,感覺上,是對這片土地的敬畏與感恩。穀類食材,原本就是大地的恩賜,能夠煮成這樣,也算是相當用心了。
