Ah Hung Fried Chicken - Zhengqi — Restaurant in Taitung City

Husband loves fried chicken so we had to try the best rated fried chicken in town. Got the fried chicken meal including a drink, one leg, one wing, 3 chicken pieces and a few pieces of french fries for 115NT. It was a weekday at 4pm but the place still super busy. Seats were available upstairs. The chicken pieces were good and the drumstick was also good, however, the chicken wing with the perfect ratio of pepper, herbs and spices to meat, was the BEST. It tasted better than Nagoya's famous chicken wings. It has like a Chinese herbby spice in it but in an amazing way. Will return for the chicken wings for sure!!!!! We ordered family set for two of us (including 3 drumsticks, 3 wings, bag of chunky fries and nuggets) the food were juicy and tasty. Compared to those chain fast food restaurants, the Taiwanese style marinated the meat with family/secret recipe. Also, the chicken nuggets from here amazed me.
