I ordered the chicken pita sandwich and a roselle sofa. The chicken was overly salty. I think they marinate the chicken, which must have salt already in the marinade and possibly they added salt to cook it? I can’t imagine anyone intentionally wanting to put that much salt in the chicken. However, the pita bread was really fresh, and had onions, diced apple and iceberg lettuce, which were delicious. They didn’t put the usual Taiwanese salad dressing in it, which I was ecstatic that they didn’t! It came with really delicious potato wedges I wasn’t expecting so that was a wonderful surprise. Loved the roselle iced tea and I ate some of the roselle buds...some times I don’t care for eating them as some restaurants prepare them not to my taste, though the teas are always delicious. The ambiance was great...nice music and it had a nice feel. I didn’t get to complain to the owner about the chicken, so she wasn’t able to make a change for me. I was too tired and I just appreciated that she had a nice little menu....
