身為千層蛋糕愛好者，吃過時飴、Lady M、先生Sensi、知名市集店家與其他甜點店的千層，個人認為這間口味、價錢及服務讓我印象最深刻。 在準備台東行景點時，意外發現這間手作千層，適逢媽媽生日，因而訂購芝麻千層為生日蛋糕，店家快速、細心的回覆我的問題，覺得很棒！ 今日收到蛋糕，包裝完整且跟店家商品圖長的完全一樣，很驚訝運送過來品質如此之好，也意外居然有附送蠟燭/生日小卡。原本想說忘記先詢問是否有附送生日卡，沒想到一打開就看到，實在是太驚喜了。 口味部分，千層比起外面的店還要厚上一些，餅皮十分薄與芝麻內餡完美的融合在一起。 除了芝麻口味不常見之外，在拆包裝時已經能聞到淡淡地芝麻香味，芝麻內餡香濃但不會過甜，個人非常喜歡，但若是對芝麻沒有到熱愛程度的人，可能會覺得有點太「芝麻」了。 價錢部分，個人也覺得打趴其他品牌，用料實在、包裝牢固、店家態度良好，家人吃過皆很滿意，給滿分！

在台東的午後時光裡，若你沒走進 No.53 手作千層，那你可能錯過了東部最療癒的甜點小宇宙。這家店宛如城市裡的一頁詩集，低調卻充滿內涵，而其中最讓人魂牽夢縈的——非芋泥千層莫屬。

這款千層不是甜點，是一場芋頭信仰的儀式。每一層餅皮薄如禪意，一刀切下不會塌陷，可見手藝精準；而芋泥餡濃郁綿密，入口即化，芋香中夾雜著微微的鹹意與淡奶香，讓整體層次提升到「讓人邊吃邊讚嘆人生還有什麼好煩惱」的境界。它不像市面上那些加了香精的偽芋頭甜點，而是真材實料、誠意滿滿，像是用整顆芋頭去愛你。
