訂位老人家堅持不換 台東貴族世家是王家指定辦家族聚餐（3人）的地方，王家歷經了ㄧ整年的各大節日（中元普渡例外），也是我媽可以盡情說我爸的地方，場地挑高氣勢十足，沙拉吧的水果都特別挑甜的，吃到不甜是天氣吧！每次端出ㄧ大盤現作料理（沙拉吧旁）就秒殺完結，蛋糕飲料區可以吃的出甜點師父拒絕糖尿病的堅持。

最值得推薦的是（老闆的人），他用人精準，請了ㄧ批危機處理團隊，現在都變成元老級，專門處理新舊顧客的大小問題，讓老顧客無法喜新厭舊，讓新客人源源不絕，都是靠這群團隊的《軟實力》，締造疫情後滿座的佳績。

我特別講講 開店元老《女店長》，她從稚氣的臉龐，到媽媽的長相，ㄧ路看她戀愛結婚，大肚子再生下來的過程，都奉獻在台東貴族世家。

她總彎身逐桌發問卷，耐心聆聽改善問題，服務從開門那刻就沒見她因勞累垮下臉不想笑，多年來升了店長一直支援著，收拾餐盤，掃地拖地，洗廁所，至今樂此不疲。總是臉笑肉也笑，問候來店的新舊客人，店長對同事也耐心教導，不曾見她臉臭責備笨，面對客人的小問題，會耐着性子聆聽並馬上處理，給些小回饋讓賓主盡歡。對小孩的奔跑玩鬧，沒有見她擰小孩耳朵，都笑著親切安撫，“ 不可以喔...
