Outstanding Service at Ichi – A Memorable Experience for International Travelers!

During my recent trip to Taiwan, I had the pleasure of dining at Ichi and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by our server, Amber. As an international traveler, navigating the menu and understanding local specialties can sometimes be a challenge, but Amber made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

They spoke excellent English, which made communication easy, and they took the time to explain each dish in detail, highlighting the flavors and cultural significance of the food. Their recommendations were spot-on, especially the Omakase, and the care they took in ensuring we understood the ingredients and preparation made us feel very welcome.

Beyond their knowledge, Amber was incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the meal. Despite a busy evening, they always had a smile and never missed a beat when it came to service.
